Polyperfluoroethylene propylene resin has both the excellent properties of PTFE resin and the characteristics of thermoplastic processing. It has extremely high chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation, good mechanical properties, and low friction coefficient. Non-absorbent, non-sticky surface and wind erosion resistance. It can be processed by thermoplastic processing technology and can be used for a long time in the range of -250℃～200℃.

Application:

1. In the electrical and electronic industry, it is generally used as insulating material for cables, telephone lines, internal communication devices, alarm lines, television monitors and closed-circuit televisions in office buildings; it is also used for capacitors in UHF television transmitters;

2. In the petrochemical industry, it is generally used for anticorrosive linings of various equipment, pipelines, valves, liquid level pipes and sight glasses of chemical equipment.

3. Used in the textile industry to make anti-sticking rollers, anti-sticking conveyor belts, food molds and coatings for household cooking utensils.

Packaging, storage, transportation:

1. The product is packed in double-layer plastic bags and packed in cardboard drums. The net content per barrel does not exceed 25kg.

2. The product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry environment to avoid the mixing of dust, moisture and other impurities. Keep the container tightly closed during storage, and prevent the intrusion of dust and other impurities when opening the container.

3. This product is transported as non-dangerous goods. During transportation, avoid moisture, heat, violent vibration, and collision backlog to prevent resin clumping.

Notes:

During the processing of this product, a closed exhaust device should be provided to prevent the diffusion of decomposed toxic gases.
